Kirk Hazen currently works as a licensed clinical social worker and emergency mental health designated examiner in the State of Idaho. He received his undergraduate and graduate education at Boise State University and has worked in the human services, mental health, behavioral health, and addictions fields for approximately 15 years. He is currently married with 3 children and lives in Twin Falls, Idaho.
